Emily Seguin joins Bullock Legal Group with experience in civil and criminal litigation. On the civil side, she has experience working with clients on their adoptions and termination of parental rights, custody arrangements, wills and estate planning, personal injury claims, and federal civil rights claims. On the criminal side, she has experience working with clients facing felony and misdemeanor charges at both the state and federal levels.

Emily earned her J.D. from the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law. While in law school, Emily represented clients in court seeking orders of protection and criminal record expungements and represented clients who had been wrongfully convicted and incarcerated.

Prior to law school, Emily received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology and her Bachelor of Science in Political Science, both from Florida State University in 2022.

Emily is also a member of the Georgia State Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Association.
