Carasusana B. Wall Appointed Co-Lead Counsel in the National Boston Scientific Spinal Cord Stimulator Litigation

Bullock Legal Group is proud to announce that attorney Carasusana Wall has been appointed Co-Lead Counsel in the In re: Boston Scientific Corporation Spinal Cord Stimulator Products Liability Litigation.
On August 13, 2026, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California appointed Cara as one of three Co-Lead Counsel in the multidistrict litigation (MDL No. 2:26-ml-03181). In this role, she will help direct the litigation on behalf of injured plaintiffs nationwide — coordinating discovery, shaping strategy, and representing plaintiffs’ interests before the Court
The appointment reflects both Cara’s standing among the country’s mass tort attorneys and Bullock Legal Group’s growing role in major product liability litigation. The firm also earned a second leadership post, with attorney Ameena Alauddin named to the litigation’s Leadership Development Committee.
